Hello Team,
now that we have proposed an integration plan for the two networks, we need to consider the security aspects.  
With that in mind, please analyze the potential security issues inherent in business networks.   Please recommend appropriate 
software and hardware to secure the network and client data.  Additionally, please research computer use policies and write a 
computer use policy for WINC to be signed by all employees. Again, please remember that our computer use policy must be original 
to avoid issues of copyright violations.  The computer use policy must accommodate WINC locations, including the newly acquired 
international facilities. Keep in mind that WINC employees and customers are located around the world; therefore, the policy must 
address any cultural or diversity needs as established by the given country. We want to be sure the policy accommodates folks and is 
not bound in any manner. It is important that the policy is inclusive and builds a sense of equity in protecting company data, image, 
reputation, goodwill, and computing assets.  
Some considerations given to the user policy shall include, but not limited to: 

• Password policy, 
• Naming convention, 
• Account names 
• Data protection policy 
• Access policy
